I feel sluggish, addicted to caffeine and sugar and unhealthy all the time. I want to go on a detox to get over my addictions and feel better. Is this the right way to detox.

Breakfast
Banana, three brazil nuts and a glass of soya milk

Snack
Two rice cakes + 1 tbsp of Humus

Lunch
Salad with lots of veggies

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Baked Potato with sweet corn and basic salad.

I’m also going to go on hour long walks every day and drink 3 litres of water.

You shouldn’t be exerting too much energy on your detox days.
Your body can only filter eight glasses of water in a day. You can overload on water and tax your kidneys causing you to feel somewhat sluggish and somewhat lethargic.
Cleanse no more than two days in a row.
Your brain needs more protein to function properly. You aren’t getting enough on the diet you have suggested.
