is this an okay amount to eat in a day?

Question by sadghskdhg: is this an okay amount to eat in a day?
this morning at around 7:30, I had half of a banana. at around 11:00 I had half of a can of tuna with some crackers, and a few sunchips (as in, maybe 4 or 5). When I got home from school I had a bowl and a half of this vegetable pasta with grilled chicken in it. I also had a small block of semi-sweet chocolate (140 calories).

For dinner I’m either going to have a turkey and vegan cream cheese sandwich on whole wheat or some vegan cream cheese wrapped in turkey and some broccoli and carrots on the side.

My questions are, does this sound like an okay amount if I’m on a diet (and planning to lose 10 pounds)? And about how many calories would this be?

If it’s needed, I’m 15 years old, 5’4-5’5 124-127 pounds. I have an ed-nos but I’m in recovery.

And please please please don’t tell me to “get help” or to just eat healthier and drink more water or something, because i already do all of that
i’m lactose intolerant, hence the vegan cream cheese. but thank you for the input (:
i take a multi-vitamin, an omega vitamin, and two b-12 supplements everyday
all i drink is water (:

If you dare cut it below 1800, you’re doing yourself harm.
You do need to be doing more exercise, as just eating less isn’t going to make you lose weight.
You seem to be eating pretty healthily, so I’ve got no moans about that =P
You shouldn’t be cutting out like fat totally, because you do need to intake some a day, so instead of vegan cream cheese, go for Philly Light, so you have dairy as well.
You’re 15, your body hasnt stopped growing yet so I highly doubt you need to lose weight. But if you want to, then no-one can stop you.
Just be careful.

Edit: Ohhhhh! I feel silly now =P Then that’s perfectly suitable then =] You could try getting some vegan yoghurts or something as well =]
