Question by anndee: Is there a statute of limitations for felony warrants in Calif I’m scared about this please be kind THX?
I5 years ago I got into some trouble I went to jail for a year and I had to call the probation Dept once a month where I would have to answer questions via a recording I did it and paid on my fine until one day I called and there was nothing but weird noises I tried several months to get through They stopped sending the statement for my fine too I can’t recall for sure but I believe that my probation was for 3 years If I didn’t get into any trouble I would only be on probation for a year I did my time I did what they told me to do I don’t have ANYpaper work It’s been 15 years I thought everything was fine 11 years ago I did get into some trouble again I did my time on that too But this warrant is from 15 years ago I have my life together now 11 years clean I’m the patient advocate for a Methadone clinic and also a grief councelor I volunteer to do this I want to help people get off drugs I was the chairperson for a substance abuse group I signed my name to their court papers HELP!shock

Why are you all of a sudden scared? It’s been 15 years.
You are leaving something out of the picture.
There are certain crimes that have no statute of limitations. It depends on the felony. Murder has no limit, treason has no limit. Burglary does have a limit. I would think that if you have a conviction, there is no limit.
