Is there a legal/ethical issue with this?

Question by knottygaboy: Is there a legal/ethical issue with this?
I went to my doctor to have a cystoscopy performed, as well as a possible bi-lateral biopsy of my bladder and dye put in my kidneys to check for cancer. I was taken into an operating room, knocked out before the doctor was even in the room and woke up in the recovery room with blood coming out of my “johnny reb”. However, while in the recovery room, I was told, “oh, we checked your prostate right away”….now that involves shoving a hand or something in my azz which is not something I signed for them to have permission to do…my question is this….1. Am I wrong for somehow feeling “abused”? 2. If I did not give them permission to do that procedure, could they legally do this? 3. Shouldn’t they have at least given me a kiss afterwards? I am pretty pissed about this

when you went into the cystoctomy , you signed certain releases. WHAT THEY TESTED WAS FOR YOUR BENEFIT. Be HAPPY YOU DON’T HAVE FURTHER PROBLEMS
