Yea, Meth is Crack on Crack. It’s much worse, as hard as it is to believe something could be much worse than Crack.
If you mean physical differences, Crack is made from cocaine, meth is made from a chemical cooking process.

Yes. Both are horrible. Meth is made by processing together such things as draino, pseudoephedrine (cold medicine), lye, and other bad stuff. Crack is made by heating baking soda and cocaine to form crystal or “rock”.
