Question by baby shay: is there a bail for a violation of probation in the state of delaware?
im on level 2 probation and i didn’t finish my drug counseling.. i now have a capias and i want to know if i will have a bail and around how much it will be and if i might do any jail time

You will have Bail and if you failed to complete the sentence ordered by the court you will probably get probation and more time to complete the counseling.
