Question by K.C: Is posession of weed in small amounts really a “petty offense” in Colorado or is it just Denver?
Not the only reason I want to move there mind you but CO & ME seem to have the most “lenient” posession laws on cannabis. Does any1 know what cops do? Some say they just confiscate it & write a ticket as long as it’s a “small amount for personal use”. Anyone? Bueller?
