If marijuana were legal, would people that use it no longer be exposed to street dealers who push the harder drugs (crack) on them in the first place?

No, there are more individuals in America who smoke marijuana than cigarettes, but I’m not seeing crackheads all over the street.
The only drug that’s more commonly consumed than marijuana is alcohol.
