If people are going to make meth, then they will come up with the darndest ways to get whatever it is they need. There is nothing one person or even a group of people can do to correct the problem. As long as there are druggies out there, the suppliers will find a way to get to them.

You should start by trying to educate the people about the problems associated with drug use. Good Luck.
