Is it possible for the head people from Yahoo Answers to hack into people’s private accounts?

Question by Hodmimir Woods: Is it possible for the head people from Yahoo Answers to hack into people’s private accounts?
My wife suspect this. She had asked a question about AAA, not only to not get her answers and get opinions about how else she should spend her money, some person mentioned things private that could only know if they were getting into her private account. Now, granted, she may have been in the wrong, whereas I don’t see how she spends her money is other people’s business, but to take private things and bring those up in debate is wrong, in my opinion. And it was a Top Contributor.

btw, her question was never answered.. rightly that is – it was people’s opinions about whether or not it was wrong and since then I have read “questions regarding reporting abuse” and how it should dolled out, and from what I got opinions were strongly discouraged.. especially when what it was that she wanted to know a fact.. a mere “yes” or “no” question.
I’ll ask her in the morning. Thank you very much.

The only people who should know your personal information is the Yahoo staff, who only have it because you registered with it. That info is not allowed to leave YA, and if it does you can sue Yahoo for it; but Yahoo doesn’t do it.

How that user got her info is their knowledge. It’s possible they know the person, or your wife has her info displayed in her ‘about me’ section or on Facebook, MySpace, etc.
