Question by CupcakeHater: Is it ok to have a “detox”diet for 3days when I’m 13?
Cause I heard you can never lose as much weight when you dont detox first,by detox I mean like just drink water and have 2fruits during 3 days.
But is it safe if I’m 13?

no, it’s not safe at 13 to be playing games with your health and diet, eat a normal diet, do a long slow detox of vegeterian food, eating whole rice, vegetables, protein (beans, soy, peas, chickpeas, etc) and nuts. keep this up for a week or two and do NOT eat less than 1500 calories a day.
drink lots of water, 2 quarts a day minimum, to clean your body. plus run, bike or swim for 20 minutes (or walk for 40 mins).
