Is it ethically WRONG to recommend Crystal Meth to the morbidly obese?

I know it’s a HORRIBLE street drug and all… and that people will boo & hiss, but SERIOUSLY!!! If they CAN’T stop eating & they’re killing themselves by eating, how much worse could the effects of meth be in the attempt to get their appetites wrangled in?

There are pharmaceutical grades of methamphetamine and I’d imagine this might already be a prescribed treatment for fat fat people.
