Is it entrapment if an officer tries to buy cocaine from a place and some one keeps?

Question by Kim: Is it entrapment if an officer tries to buy cocaine from a place and some one keeps?
Is it entrapment if someone tries on several times to buy crack and the person constantly tells them that they do not have it, they do not sell that, and the officer keeps trying, and the person finally says i will call someone for you.
Here are some more details. The police department was looking for a drug house and got the addresses mixed up. with that, they kept coming to my friends house asking and asking, then the last time my friend called someone for them (did not know it was an under cover) the police kicked in the door and arrested her. They were charged with the crack , although none was found, and also some marj that was there for smoking, and i thought it was wierd.

If the person did not actually sell the dope to them.. They can’t get charged for selling the dope. If the person used an electronic device to set up the drug deal, ex. cell phone, pager, etc…, then he can be charged for setting up a drug deal with an electronic device, that is a crime. But no its not entrapment the police did not make it any way to be trapped. The person gave the info just becuase he was asked.
