Is he on cocaine?

Question by Irony: Is he on cocaine?
I heard my dad had drug dealers on his phone, coincidentially he’s moved and he used to do Cocaine but never spoke of giving it up.. he’s lost many jobs, he’s overly laidback, careless, never has money.
He always had red eyes, one redder than the other, he claimed it was from his surgery years ago..
he sniffed allll the time(not drugs, just air), it was a dad-trademark.
He was very social and very relaxed, but he was not short of appetite.
i just want to know if he had been on coke all this time without us even knowing. Do these sound like symptoms?
I forgot to add, when he told us he did cocaine it was in his 20’s. He’s around 40 now
