Meth is a manufactured drug. It is often manufactured locally because of the risk and cost of delivering it across borders. And considering that in Egypt illegal drug penalties are very harsh, I’d venture that the term “Egyptian Meth” is simply an ad-hoc marketing term used by drug dealers to enhance their sales.
