Is drinking mouth wash worse for you than drinking regular alcohol?

Dont worry, im not considering doing this..

I was just wondering, because I saw this woman on intervention who was an alcoholic…and her alcohol of choice, was mouth wash.

Is that worse for your body, or is it just like drinking regular alcohol?
