Question by Dem Bulb: Is ‘crack’ cocaine just an American thing? Do you know of other countries where it is used/abused?
Having trouble picturing a Japanese crack dealer, or Pakistani, or Zimbabwean, etc.. Thanks for input.

It is a American thing… But it is widespread now in Japan, yorkshire and the Philippines now. The Uk- its starting
