Is a full recovery from adrenal fatigue possible?

Question by somebody: Is a full recovery from adrenal fatigue possible?
Hmm, many websites say a 100% recovery is possible whil st others say many people do not fully recover. I’ve been speaking with different doctors some say patients can get a full recovery whilst others say they see substantial improvements but a full recovery is not always likely. So can people recover fully or not?

I have Adrenal Fatigue and I have been on treatment for 3 months. I hope you can fully recover from it, that is what I am aiming for. I haven’t been told either if you can recover 100% or not. I just was told that my cortisol was low and I needed predisone to raise the cortisol levels. I think you can get pretty close to recovery but after all my research I don’t think you will ever be where you started before you got it. But for you sake I hope so.. It is up to us to stay away from stress and so I started meditation. This does help. Do more research on it, there are so many personal stories out there. The best website I found to help me on this was www.stopthethyroidmaddness.com. And put in adrenal fatigue. I wish you good health… and for our sake I hope there is a chance of 100% recovery.
