Users can cash in a single drawer, audit a drawer, take skims, count and cash out a single drawer, and view detailed reports of each drawer’s transactions. Thus, all of a store’s transactions are compartmentalized and easily tracked.
Charge Backs – a portion of carrier commissions owed to the retailer, rescinded due to a customer’s decision to change his/her original service details – are an everyday reality for wireless retailers. Version 3.3’s Charge Back functionality saves users time, keeps a history of charge backs within the system, and lets users ensure they receive the commissions owed to them.
