Information on methamphetamines?

I’m doing a speech on the subject next tuesday and I need to find good reliable sources on the subject. Mainly what I need to find is information regarding manufacturing, addiction, treatment and prevention.

What also would really help me out is if any of you know about the specific policies for prevention in your states already in place and why you do or don’t think they work.

And finally what do you think the government and people in general should do to prevent meth use and prosecute offenders?
