There is this girl. She comes into my life at various times, ever since about five years ago. The first time, we were little kids, and we talked on the phone a lot. She eventually started dating my friend, and I was dating her friend. We all broke up. About a year later, we started talking again. We hung out a few times, but nothing major. About a year after that, she came into my life big time. We started dating. Talked a lot. Did acid together twice. We eventually broke up. I told her to stop doing cocaine or break up with me. She couldn’t stop so we ended it. I saw her shortly after at a rave and I saw her make out with another guy. I was so upset… She even had the nerve to chase me around and ask for free acid. Did I mention she was on ecstacy? Anyways… That was the final straw… I was done with her. She contacted me a few months later and said she had chilled out. She overdosed on heroine. All of that was 2 years ago.
So about one year ago she texted me. My girlfriend saw the text first, and told her that I didn’t talk to crack whores anymore. So obviously, I never heard from her again for a while. But then one night, really really late she instant messaged me. I forgot to save her name, so we didn’t talk for a really long time after that. Yesterday she texted me. I am still dating the girl who cussed her out, but that relationship isn’t doing too great.

Everytime I am with this girl, my life feels different. This girl is like an angel to me, and always comes when I need her.

My question is, ladies and gentlemen, do you think I should break up with my girlfriend? Should I pursue this girl, whom I have hardly talked to in 2 years? What should I do? My girlfriend would kill me if she found out we were talking or seeing each other, and I really don’t like sneaking behind people’s backs anyways…

Advice? Comments?
I don’t know if the girl is still into drugs or not. If she is, I would like another shot at getting her off of them. If she is not, then all the better if I do decide to pursue her.
And no, I didn’t call her a crack whore. She texted me while I was in the shower one day, and my current girlfriend replied to the text saying “Cody doesn’t talk to crack whores anymore.” Like, I can understand why she is jealous, but that was a low blow.

if you care so much, you should stick by her and be a good friend and she would have you as a good influence on her and probably even change for the better.
