I’m way too dependent on cannabis?

Question by ely: I’m way too dependent on cannabis?
I’ve tried quitting before and I did cope for a few days.
The real problem is I have trouble falling to sleep after I quit. So, I’ll just roll around for an hour or two until I finally fall asleep around 3 am. Instead if I had a few bowls before going to bed I easily fall asleep around 12.
So my real question is… any remedies on mild insomnia?(other than popping a pill)

Make an appointment with a professional in the mental health field of medicine. With they help you will be able to come off of cannibis and overcome the inability to sleep.

It may involve your having to temporarily take a pill to help you get to sleep but as you come down from the weed you will not need it as much as you did previously.

The professional who will be able to help you is a psychiatrist who deals in drug addiction. Although their main practice is with drugs such as cocaine, meth and others, addiction to weed is just as serious of an addiction as any of the others listed above and the difficulty in getting off of it is just as hard as the others.

Please try to be open minded when it comes to seeking out help. You might feel that it is just mild insomnia at this point in time but in reality it might worsen to the point where you will not want to get off of weed at all.
