If you think Michael Jackson is guilty, what facts are you going by?

So far from what I’ve been reading about the case and the accusers…the accusers all sound very very shady. I’m starting to believe MJ was the victim of frivolous lawsuits. I think time will tell the true story.
Evan Chandler the man that started the molestation accusations of his son… wanted MJ to pay 60 million dollars and give him a record contract called EVANstory…you see Evan wanted a recording contract. Evan also had a list of 300 more companies to sue……
In 2006, Jordan Chandler accused his father of abuse because he bought the wrong bread. The accuser, now 26, says his ex-dentist dad Evan Chandler “struck him on the head from behind with … (dumbbell) weight … sprayed his eyes with Mace or pepper spray, and tried to choke him” last year, according to court documents filed in New Jersey.
In 2005, according to Raymond Chandler, Jordan left the country to avoid testifying in the trial against Jackson.

Lisa Marie Presley persuaded Jackson to settle the allegations out of court and go into rehabilitation to recover from his addiction to painkillers—at the time the media did not know of this. People thought it was because Jacko was guilty. Again, if you don’t believe it. Google it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson
….There are so many more things like this that is making me believe Jackson was the victim of extortion. I won’t list them all because I want you to ACTUALLY read up on the investigations and stop making so many crappy assumptions.

Thanks for writing that up – the actual details. I’m sick of all the ignorant statements on here.
I have doubts either way though. If I was a parent, would I allow my child to stay with MJ? If I’m honest I’d say I don’t know if I would, I wouldn’t have 100% confidence given the condition he was in later in life.
In his early years though, I think he would have been a great person to know, just he changed after Thriller for some reason. It was the best thing and also the worst that happened to him.
