If Tobacco can be dangerous when abused, what do you call abuse?

Question by ItalA: If Tobacco can be dangerous when abused, what do you call abuse?
We all agree that tobacco is dangerous when abused, like guns, alcohol, prescription drugs, and even butter. However, there are clear limits on what is “abuse” with these products. Guns should not be shot at people. Most people know how many drinks get them dangerously drunk, doctor’s instructions are clearly labeled with medicine. Even butter has a daily value put on fat grams. Tobacco, however, has no clear “abuse” limit, and therefore, know one knows how much is actually enough to be fatal. And even if they did, nicotine keeps them hooked. If it is common sense within the smoking community how many packs a day is too much, then shouldn’t it be labeled on cigarettes?

If you mean abuse as in, if it hurts another person, then I guess it would be second-hand smoking.
