Someone planted crack/pipe in my friends’ car one night, who has never done crack or cocaine..he then followed said friend to work and called the police, anonymously, and had her arrested at her job. The cop said they would not fingerprint the substance, nor give her a drug test. She was charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is going to see a lawyer soon but I thought maybe someone would have some advice. She also was never mirandarized.
