if i am clean am i allowed a glass of wine to unwind if i am currently in a program mandated by dfcs because of meth use i signed a paper saying i agreed to guidelines of refraiming from drug use so does that include alcohol? and when they take my hair folicle at end of dfcs case to test for drugs and do not find any will they try to take my kids away because of a glass of wine or two on occasion?
captain i have gone cold turkey after 16 years of abuse i have a 3 month old and 5 yr old of course they are more important i just want to know my rights i am a christian and love my kids ive been clean for 160 days and all i want to know is why everyone else at my group is on med except me i am ok with that but ive gone cold turkey for my kids and got both back within 4.5 weeks i just do not know how to handle the holidays no one knows we even lost the kids except for my dad and i will not loose them again!!!!! But it is legal to have a glass of wine with spag and i just want to make sure that defacs wont take them away again!!!!!! Of course i wont if they will but im 4 months into my open case and noone has said anything about drinking and i am only covering my babies asses i love them and cant stand to live a day without them all i wanted to know was my rights
