I must have asked this Question to a bunch of bankers. The only answers I got were scolding. I never said I was ever charged these fees I only ask “Are you sick of be charged those outrages overdraft fee charges by the banks?” Then I went on to sate my opinion.
“I think this is against the law .It might fall under the usury act.
It only hurts the little people who can’t afford to fight back .I would like to form a group to fight this abuse. Are you interested in helping?” This question became all about me and the way I run my bank account. I was not looking for a scolding from the banks and the staff that has to justify ripping off the poor people in this country. The best stupid answer I got was the bank is trying to teach us a lesson. Doesn’t mater that a large and I mean large amount of there income is derived from this ripe off fee. If you have a heart for the under paid hard working in this country lets get together and right this wrong.

Hun, overdraft charges are NOT anywhere near as bad as credit card interest and i dont see you complaining about that. Are you sure your talking about overdraft and not bounced checks?
