I would like to find low-cost drug rehabs in Lowville, New York. How?

I do know about N.A. but the thing is, I’ve already consulted a friend of mine who happens to be a doctor and he specifically said that N.A. should only be complementary to the drug treatment program. It’s my son who is drug addicted and we don’t have enough money to get him inside a drug rehab. What else can we do?
