Question by I GOT SOME KOOL AID! I AM OBAMA!: I used “Car-Go Liquid Glass Metallic Seal-Up” in the -Chance’ the “Smoke” in Expansion Tank was bad, thoughts?
I know ive posted it before, but i did this, IN THIS ORDER:
1) FLUSHED Radiator with WATER, until it ran clear.. Radiator WAS Dirty.
2) HAD 100% Water in there.. used PEAK “SUPER FLUSH,” Let run with 100% Water for “About 1 Hour.”
3) FLUSHED the SUPER FLUSH out, then, again with 100% Water, put in 1 BOTTLE of “Car-Go Liquid Glass Metallic Seal-Up” (Didnt have the money for Blue Devil as i would have liked” as per Instructions.. CAR IS CURRENTLY SITTING for 6 HOURS. (I poured 1/3 in the Upper Hose, the REST in the Expansion Tank.. topped up with Water, let it Run/Idle 45 Minutes, 20 Driving and 25 Idling, removed Cap and Hose, it is nw sitting.)
Now, my Question: THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY to FLUSH COOLING SYSTEM AGAIN, i will make sure the WATER RUNS CLEAR and THEN Fill with Appropriate COOLANT. so HOW can it CLOG UP if i FLUSHED the MIX that it was IN, after it “Bonded” to whatever MAY HAVE been leaking?
See, the Smoke int he Expansion Tank… I never saw that. So, if i DID have a Leak, have i taken a SMART Precaution?
ALL THE BARS IS GONE between the FIRST FLUSH and PEAK SUPER FLUSH.. so now i wonder if the “Liquid Glass Metallic” is better than the BARS, IF THERE WAS A LEAK?
