OK, I turn on my Zune.
On its screen it says “Connect Zune to your PC.”
After I do it, it says ” On your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware.”
Then I open the software and it automatically goes to the “Device Update” on the setting page. Then it says this…

Then I click on the “Install” button, it says this…
Updating your Zune device.
Please do not disconnect your device.
This might take a minute.
Then it says this…

Then I click on the “Web Help” and it says on the website…
Summary
Unfortunately, there is no specific Web Help message for this error yet.
I’ve tried reseting my Zune but this whole thing repeats again.

You could try re-installing the software.
