I live in Westport, Washington and I want to find an addiction treatment center. Can anybody help me?

A very close friend of mine wants to get herself away from drugs. She’s tried going cold turkey, but the withdrawal symptoms were too much for her to bear. She has just recently acquiesced to getting treatment. Help please.
