Question by pumpkin: I just recently quit drinking alcohol(beer), how much should I expect to lose in a month?
I will be frankly honest with all of you, I have been an alcoholic for 3 years and have gained quite of bit of weight, due to alcohol and no exercise. Recently, I have quit drinking again and am exercising now approximately 6 miles a week on the treadmill. Can someone who has any knowledge of this, please tell me some results? Please no insults, just trying to get myself to look and be like the person I used to be!!!! Thank you very much

You should lose a lot of weight,
Congratulations! Its great that you’re making such a healthy lifestyle change. Good luck, it is hard but definitely worth it.
