Question by JMAC: I heard a rumor…is this true?
I heard that if a someone 21 or older kisses a person under 18 (passionately, obviously) it can be considered “Sexual abuse” or something. I know thats true if its sex, regardless if both consent. But if they (the 21 and the under 18) both consent, is it illegal? what is the specific rule for this? Or is this me just being gullible? It seems kind of outrageous…
let’s say ohio…does anyone have a link to these sites that have these laws?

Age of consent rules and such vary WIDELY by region. I would look on the internet at your local government page and become familiar with those.
