I am not physically addicted to alcohol but used to binge drink at weekends. I have stopped rinking for 3 months now do you think it would be safe to drink alcohol free wine at functions as i feel like a bit of a lemon..?

Drinking non-alcoholic beverages might make you crave the real thing. If you drink Coke or Pepsi, no one will know there’s no alcohol in it.
