I have no clue how to use “Gin”?

Question by soccerluv139: I have no clue how to use “Gin”?
I’m going to Vegas this weekend (which is completely irrelevant) and I have a bottle of Gin I got it for some jungle juice and just didn’t use it. I got it just to have some extra of any alcohol really. I want to take it down with me just so it doesn’t go to waste. Now the thing is is I have no clue how to drink it. Can you shoot it, do you have to mix it, what are some good chasers if any, and does it have any special effects to it like whiskey makes people mean, tequila makes you crazy fun etc. Thanks for the help I know this is kind of silly I guess you could say I’m naive.
Yes I’m old enough to drink and I know how to safely drink. I just haven’t had gin before. I’ve drank a lot of things. I bet evey person hasn’t tried every kind of alcohol.
