Question by : I couldn’t sleep at all last night? did I overdose on caffeine?
so yesterday I went to dunkin donuts and I got a large iced latte coffee. I drink most of it 2 hours before I went to bed. last night I had a hard time going to sleep and I was full of energy. I only got 4 hours of sleep and now I’m tired. plus it didn’t help because I was on my third day of having PMS.

You can’t overdose on caffeine! You just drank too much off it before bed, causing you to have too much energy to sleep. Your fine, just try to drink less caffeine before bed! 😉

Yeah, it was probably a caffeine “overdose”. Happens to me all the time, and it sucks. Don’t drink/eat anything with caffeine in it that close to bed, or you’ll stay awake for a few hours.
