To be specific… Saturday night: 1 fried chicken wing, Sunday night: 2 mini chicken quesadillas and 1 spring roll; Monday: tons of mini Twix bars and Oreos.
It doesn’t sound like a lot, but I normally don’t eat that type of junk food, and I feel kind of sick. Is there anything I can eat/drink to help sort of cleanse the yucky feeling out of my system?

Not much i guess..Drink some more water and wait till it’s out of your system…
