i ama recovering addict, i ruined my legs and arms, is there an effective scar removal treatment?

please help. the scars are circle in shape and they are flat and quite noticeable. i can’t even stand to wear capris in public, let alone a bathing suit. it has ruined my self-esteem terribly, i won’t even take off my pants with my boyfriend. please help me!!
