I am trying to get help for my brother. He needs to go to rehab for drug and alcohol abuse & has no insurance.

He has said that he wants to get help, but rehab costs $10,000 for a regular facility. (not a celebrity rehab….just a regular place) Does anyone know how to get treatment w/o insurance and w/o costing that much money? I hate to see him not get the help he needs because it costs too much money.
