Question by Hotcakes: I am on day 4 of a heroin/methadone withdrawal. Please help below.
and would like to know how long before I feel slightly better? It is the most painful thing I ve EVER done. All I had was some d & f s from the doc ( and they are long gone!) and alcohol. I can not sleep at night and racked in painful back spasms. Anyone done this and can give me some encouragement that it will soon be over?
Message for Mr Lemon.lime – Yes I stopped cold turkey brave huh or extremely DUMB
Also I am on hols in france so I am at the mercy of it I have to jus ride wid it!!!

never been there, but my son has. contact your dr. and tell him whats going on. they can provide some other type of help for you. im proud that you have decided to straighten your life out. keep up the good work and stick to your decission. you will be proud of yourself when all the withdrawals are over. try praying for gods help to get you through this.
