I am looking for a no cost/low cost drug rehab program?

I have a friend who has finally agreed to attend rehab. I want to send her this week to an extended inpatient program. Prefer christian based, but it’s not vital. Also prefer warm weather climate. Cost is very important so it should be a low cost or no cost program. If you know of a place I can look, please let me know. Thank you
