Question by Elizabeth Peterson: Hypothetically speaking, if you are pregnant can they take your baby away if you fail a drug test?
If you are in court ordered drug counseling while you are pregnant and you fail a drug test for marijuana can social services take your baby away when it is born? No, I am not pregnant or a marijuana smoker, I’m just wondering about a conversation I had with someone today.

well 1- its not good to smoke while pregnant… it would be wise for her to quit… 2- they very well could, cause that would consider that person an unfit mother…
