Question by Expert Answerer: How to quit drinking soda?
I like to drink soda, especially since it seems to be always available at restaurants and other places. I would like to quit drinking it though since I do know it is pretty bad for you. How should I go about doing it? What alternatives should I drink instead? Thanks.
