Question by milady35_2000: How to prove you are not living in a “drug house” in Michigan?
Son in law lied to get a PPO against his wife to keep her from her kids. He claimed in the report that is she is a drug user living in a drug house. Can and will the police verify if the house is or is not a drug house? Will they go check the place to determine if it is a drug house? She can not even read all of the PPO how can she get a more legible copy. She is going to try to have the PPO recinded but needs proof that he lied about the reasons he sought it.

She does not need proof he lied.

The burden of proof is on him, not her.
