We are doing examples of what a drug addict and an alcoholic looks like. Any ideas on the outward appearance of these people? We are dressing two seperate people up as one of each of these and we need help. It can be an extreme version.

Alcoholics are all swollen from the lack of water, so usually they have a gut and some swelling in the face.
I’m not sure how you could do that, but that’s all I can think of
