I am going on a cruise next month on the 21st. I want to wear a bikini. I have no issue doing an hour of cardio every night and eating super healthy (no bad fats, bad carbs, no sugar, etc)
I want to know if anyone is familiar with “cleansing” as well…My friend told me to buy one at Trader Joes or GNC and I will lose 8 lbs in a week. I could really stand to lose about 40lbs but I know that’s not possible to do in a short amount of time…I know 20 may be pushing it but I know people who have done it in the past…any REAL suggestions would be great. My smart-ass friends already told me to go on the “meth” diet and “bulimia” diet, LOL.
I was honestly kidding about the “meth” and “bulimia” diet…it was a JOKE. Yes, I know that it’s not healthy.
I also know weight loss takes time, I haven’t been motivated to lose the weight until now. I actually just gained this weight in the last year and a half so, this is the first time I’ll be doing something to enjoy myself and would like to look and feel good about my body. I am dieting and excersising, I am looking for alternatives such as cleansing products etc. that someone has used and it worked for them. Any diet or excersise routines are welcome. I am currently running for an hour in my neighborhood and doing pilates for 20 minutes in the morning.

Well as most people know, losing weight isn’t an easy task. Its something that takes time and effort, as well as motivation. There are a million and one diets, books, and magazine articles out there, but who has time for the mind game? Get off the couch, grab a friend, and get to work!
