I am wanting to lose some weight, but don’t really have the time to work out all that much. But I do drink a LOT of pop. About 8 or 9 cans a day. (I know I drink way too much so please save all of the mean comments on that). I am just wonfering if I cut this out of my diet will I lose that much weight? If I will not lose that much then I am thinking why suffer with no pop if it will not help my goal!
Ok I think that people are thinking that i am over weight & eat a lot.. Not true.
I am a size 7, not overweight at all, I just want to look a little better for my self!
& i do not eat all day long, I have get off work & eat a dinner with my family & then have a light snack around 8:00 (I am up until about 3:00 each morning so I know when I eat at 8:00 it is ok)

Not only will you loose some weight, but you just might avoid diabetes too.
It wont be a lot of weight unless you exercise and eat right, but that amount of sugar is bad for your metabolism and adds fat. I would expect to loose a couple pounds over the coming weeks (if water becomes your primary drink).
