Does methamphetamine leave more than say heroin? When they test it at the lab what is the usual amount that the police report was left to test?Also, how much is generally left in the “cotton?”

a friend of mine had a rig filled with water, it was broken and god only knows why the dumb mother was holding the thing, but the cops found it on him, and you certainly could not see any residue, but it sure did test positive for heroin, and they gave him a posession of controlled substance charge. talk about crazy. as for the cotton, i guess it depends on the amount of dope you put the cotton in, but heroin addicts save up cottons for times when they are sick… you have to save up a hell of alot of cottons to get well if you have any kind of real habit. i’ve seen people who are not tolerant to heroin go out on a cotton though, and lots of kids start off by doing an older brothers cottons and eventually need more and more and soon enough they are dopefiends. this is the only way i know how to answer this question. i do not know the usual amount that is left in a syringe…but definitily enough to get charged for posession in some states. it’s not the type of residue that you can even really see. as for meth, it leaves more residue in cottons because of all the nasty shit they put in it. i hate that stuff. and doing cottons is not a great idea, cuz you can get cotton fever and that is hell.
