Question by Tiffany: how long will it take to be me again>>>SOBER FROM HEROIN?
i got involved in the wrong group and made the deciscion to try heroin i got addicted and was on it for about 3 months i just went to treatment about 5 days ago and im clean.. i still just feel like it changed me forever. i feel antsy,,nervous,,and a little shaky please tell me when im going to be the old pretty me again inside and out??????????and how long will it take ??what self therapies can i do etc???

Some times it takes months or years, but there will always be a want to get high. For me I would take a shower, draw, sing along to music, or take slow deep breaths. It’s hard the first couple month and you feel like you don’t want to tear off your skin. It’s hard and you’ll need a lot of help for people who love and care for you.
