Question by bnbsolt: How Long is the normal recovery for surgery removing an aneurysm?
My friend’s mother-in-law has a small brain aneurysm and is having it removed at the beginning of next month. They are wondering how long her recovery time would be. We know each case is different, but is there an estimate? So far the doctor’s haven’t said anything, so they are kind of in the dark on the whole issue. Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!

you hit the nail on the head, each case is different. A small aneurysm can be done and out of the hospital the next day. Some people never recover from a larger one. My take on it is that it can’t be too big, if they are waiting a whole month
